ABANDONED VEHICLE PUBLIC AUCTION
Pursuant to the provisions of the Alabama Abandoned Motor Vehicle Act, Section 32-13-1, Code of Alabama 1975, notice is hereby given to the owners, lienholders, and all other interested parties that the following abandoned vehicle has been left at David’s Auto Paint and will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder for cash on Oct. 28, 2026, at noon, at 196 Cambridge Road, Winfield, AL 35594:
• 2019 White An64t Mack Truck, Vin # 1M1AN4GY9LM014209.
The vehicle is being sold “as-is, where-is” with no warranties, expressed or implied. The successful bidder must pay in cash immediately following the auction. The seller reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The owner or lienholder may reclaim the vehicle prior to the auction date by paying all towing, storage, and processing fees authorized by law.
