Thomas Clanton Hubbert

Mr. Thomas Clanton Hubbert, better known as “T.C.”,  75, passed away on Monday, Nov. 25, 2024, at his residence.
T.C. was born in Bazemore, Ala. on Jan. 8, 1949, to Silas Jr. and Willodean Hollingsworth Hubbert. He was a member of Whites Chapel Church of Christ and a 1967 graduate of Hubbertville High School. T.C. spent much of his life as a machine operator with Arvin Industries of Fayette, from where he retired after 35 years of service.  In his spare time T.C. enjoyed hunting, fishing, watching Alabama football, and spending time with family and friends.
T.C. is survived by his wife of 58 years, Linda Sue McCaleb Hubbert; his children, Tina McDonald (Stanley), Mike Hubbert, and Jason Hubbert (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Ginny McDonald, Peyton McDonald (Savannah), Haley Autrey (Levi), Ashlyn Pratt (TJ), Maci McCaleb, and Willa Hubbert; great-granddaughter, Lyra Autrey; beloved dog, Flash; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family members.
In addition to his parents, T.C. was preceded in death by his grandson, Clint McDonald and his brother, Steve Hubbert.
Funeral services for T.C. were held on Nov. 27, 2024 from the Whites Chapel Church of Christ with burial in the adjoining cemetery.
 Josh Taylor and Scott Baggett served as the officiating ministers. Peyton McDonald, James McCaleb, Danny McCaleb, Donny McCaleb, Tommy Ray “Red” Sims and Jerry Nichols served as pallbearers and honorary pallbearers were, Keith Hubbert, Franky Porter, John Tucker, Danny Davis, Jerry Lowery, Tommy Larry, Eddie Rutledge and Timbo Roberts.  In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to Whites Chapel Church of Christ or you favorite charity in memory of T.C.
