Grace Haynes

Sara Grace Haynes, 95, of Guin passed away Wednesday, Mar. 27, 2024, in the Sunset Manor Nursing Home in Guin.
Grace was born April 20, 1928 in Guin to Roy and Anne Flurry Webb. She had lived in Guin all of her life and was a member of the Guin First Baptist Church. She was a Nurse and retired after 31 years working for the  Guin Hospital.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband of 41 years John T. Haynes; brothers, James and Sherman Webb; sisters, Dorthy Wilson, Norma Soto, and Ruth McDonald Nix; daughter, Brenda Tice Harrison; son, Terry Tice; their father, John Belton Tice; grandsons, Chuck Tice, and Billy Harrison; and great-grandson, Andrew Dickinson.
She is survived by daughter, Linda Tice Dickinson (Charles);  granddaughters, Haley Dickinson, Michelle Fields, Melissa Harrison, Melanie Phillips, and Sonia Tice; grandsons, Barron Dickinson (Penny), Patrick Dickinson, and Tony Tice; great-grandson, Matthew Dickinson (Brandi) great-great-granddaughter, Amory Grace Dickinson; and several other great-great-grandchildren.
Services were held Saturday, Mar. 30, 2024, at the Veal Memorial Funeral Home with burial in the Guin City Cemetery.  Bro. Kenny Hatcher and Bro. Zane Miles officiated.
