Lacy’s honors late owner’s legacy

Hamilton’s Lacy’s, although new to the area, is a restaurant steeped in tradition and history.
Opened by Lacy Allison and his brother Carlos in 1972, the original Pizza Bar in Carbon Hill became a landmark for that city and expanded into Winfield and now Hamilton.
Once a part of the Winfield Pizza Bar location, Lacy’s owner Jarrod Vickery, 41, was born and raised in Carbon Hill before becoming a part of the Hamilton community.
Vickery was born to parents Jeff and Debra Vickery on April 17, 1980. He has an older brother named Adam and is married to his wife Nancy, with whom he has four children, Hannah, Emma, Connor and Oliver.
