Hamilton Police Department

HAMILTON - The following arrests and activities were reported by the Hamilton Police Department for the period of Jan. 15-21:
 Incident, offense cases
Six for possession of a controlled substance; five for possession of drug paraphernalia; two each for illegal possession of a prescription drug, fourth-degree theft of property, unauthorized use of a vehicle and trespassing; and one each for third-degree domestic violence, second-degree promoting prison contraband, identity theft, second-degree possession of marijuana, attempting to elude, fraudulent use of credit/debit card, third-degree assault, public intoxication, forgery of checks and breaking and entering of a vehicle.
 
Citations, Arrests
Six for possession of a controlled substance; five for possession of drug paraphernalia; four each for no insurance and running a red light; three for no driver’s license; two each for improper equipment, illegal possession of a prescription and fourth-degree theft of property; and one each for speeding, improper tag, no tag, third-degree domestic violence, second-degree possession of marijuana, attempting to elude, public intoxication, breaking and entering of a vehicle, trespassing, failure to register vehicle, second-degree promoting prison contraband and alias.
Wrecks
Six wrecks were reported for the week.
Felony arrests
The following felony arrests were released:
• Barbara Ann Warren, 30, Hamilton, was arrested on Jan. 15 for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and was released from the Marion County Jail in Hamilton on a $2,500 bond.
• Randy Lloyd Weeks, 46, Guin, was arrested on Jan. 15 for possession of a controlled substance and remains in the county jail on a $,2000 bond.
• James Isic Morgan, 38, Sulligent, was arrested on Jan. 16 for possession of a controlled substance and attempting to elude arrest and remains in the county jail on a $4,500 bond.
• Ronald Gene Hayes, 49, Detroit, was arrested on Jan. 20 for unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle, trespassing, public intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia and remains in the county jail on a $6,500 bond.
• Elizabeth Marie Brewer, 42, Haleyville, was arrested on Jan. 19 for second-degree promotion of prison contraband, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and remains in the county jail on a $5,000 bond.
• Jody Lee Robinson, 43, Hamilton, was arrested on Jan. 19 for possession of a controlled substance and two counts of illegal possession of a prescription and remains in the county jail on a $4,000 bond.

Marion County Sheriff’s Department

HAMILTON - The following arrests and activities were reported for the one-week period ending Jan. 21:
 Offense reports
Six for possession of drug paraphernalia; five each for circuit court alias and bench warrant; four for probation violation; two for second-degree possession of marijuana; and one each for traffic court alias, public intoxication, non-support, resisting arrest, harassment, giving a false report, minor consuming alcohol and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
 
Felony arrests
The following felony arrests were released:
• Grady Allen Kivette, 29, Guin, was arrested on Jan. 15 for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia and was released from the county jail on Jan. 16 on a $2,500 bond.
• William Moore, 31, Fayette, was arrested on Jan. 16 for first-degree robbery and was released the next day on a $30,000 bond.
• Brandon Andrews, 36, Hamilton, was arrested on Jan. 16 for fourth-degree theft of property and identity theft and remains in the county jail on a $15,500 bond.
• Denise Shannon Stallworth, 34, Fayette, was arrested on Jan. 16 for first-degree robbery and was released on Jan. 17 on a $30,000 bond.
• Latoya Billups, 26, Fayette, was arrested on Jan. 17 for first-degree robbery and was released from the county jail the same day on a $30,000 bond.
• Darrell Adair, 34, Haleyville, was arrested on Jan. 18 for possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia and remains in the county jail on a $3,000 bond.
• Cynthia Bryson, 35, Hamilton, was arrested on Jan. 18 for three counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, third-degree escape and second-degree possession of marijuana and remains in the county jail on a $12,000 bond.
• Rhiannon Loveless, 26, Hamilton, was arrested on Jan. 18 for possession of a controlled substance, second-degree possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and second-degree theft of property and remains in the county jail on a $5,500 bond.
• Scotty Triplett, 39, Hamilton, was arrested on Jan. 18 for four counts of possession of a controlled substance, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, second-degree possession of marijuana and third-degree escape and remains in the county jail on a $15,000 bond.
• Jeremy Cranford, 43, Hamilton, was arrested on Jan. 18 for three counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and was released on Jan. 19 on a $6,500 bond.
• Jason Johnson, 45, Winfield, was arrested on Jan 19. for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia and was released from the county jail on Jan. 22 on a $3,000 bond.
 • James William Smith, 40, Guin, was arrested on Jan. 20 for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia and possession of medication without a prescription and remains in the county jail on a $3,500 bond.
• Amanda Anthony, 34, Hamilton, was arrested on Jan. 21 for third-degree escape and remains in the county jail on a $5,000 bond.

Winfield Police Department

WINFIELD - The following arrests and activities were reported by the Winfield Police Department for the period of Jan. 16-22:

Four for possession of a controlled substance; three for documentation; two each for minor consuming alcohol, alias warrant, forgery, possession of drug paraphernalia and capias warrant; and one each for counterfeiting, duty upon striking fixtures upon highway, third-degree assault, second-degree possession of marijuana, fourth- and first-degree theft of property, resisting arrest, public intoxication, child custody and causing the delinquency of children.
Citations
Two each for failure to register vehicle and expired tag; and one each for driving while revoked and operating a vehicle without insurance.
Arrests
Four for possession of a controlled substance; two each for minor consuming alcohol, alias warrant, possession of drug paraphernalia and capias warrant; and one each for causing delinquency of children, public intoxication, resisting arrest, second-degree possession of marijuana and forgery-counterfeiting.
