The Hamilton Kiwanis Club raises money throughout the year to help area kids, but the club’s annual smoked turkey/ham sale the week of Thanksgiving is dedicated to helping support Christmas for Kids. This year, with the Hamilton community’s help, the Hamilton Kiwanis Club sold 207 turkeys/hams and were able to give Christmas for Kids $1,200.  Kiwanis Club President Tyna Pyburn, shown presenting the Kiwanis check to CFK Coordinator Sandy Sandlin, said, “Thank you to everyone who helped with this endeavor.” Pyburn, on behalf of CIS Home Loans, where she serves as marketing coordinator, also presented Christmas for Kids with a donation of a little over $2,000 from CIS’ non-profit foundation, “Love for Others,” which raises money throughout the year to help area families in need. Pyburn said, “God bless everyone who helped us help others in our community and we look forward to our Valentine's Day bake sale in February to begin raising support for next year.”
