HAMILTON - The following arrests and activities were reported by the Hamilton Police Department for the period of Sept. 23-Oct. 1:
Incident, offense cases
Seven for third-degree domestic violence; four for possession of drug paraphernalia; three for second-degree possession of marijuana; two each for third-degree burglary, fourth-degree theft of property and possession of a controlled substance; and one each for harassment, third-degree criminal mischief, documentation of a domestic argument, menacing, documentation of driving a bus into a ditch, illegal possession of a prescription, first-degree criminal trespassing and first-degree theft of property.
Citations, Arrests
Seven for improper tag; six for speeding; five for driving with a suspended/revoked license; four for possession of drug paraphernalia; three each for driving without insurance, driving without a license, third-degree domestic violence, second-degree possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance; and one each for illegal possession of a prescription, first-degree criminal trespassing, failure to register a vehicle and alias.
Wrecks
Three wrecks were reported for the week.
Felony arrests
The following felony arrests were released:
• Allen Ray Cantrell, 63, Hamilton, was arrested on Sept. 23 for two counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and was released from the Marion County Jail the next day, Sept. 24, on a bond of $5,500.
• Charles Emery Waldron, 33, Hamilton, was arrested on Sept. 30 for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and was released from the county jail the next day, Oct. 1, on a bond of $3,000.
(When a defendant is charged with a crime, the charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.)

HAMILTON - The following arrests and activities were reported for the two-week period ending Oct. 2:
Offense reports
Seven each for circuit court alias and bench warrant; three each for driving under the influence and third-degree criminal trespassing; two each for possession of drug paraphernalia  and third-degree domestic violence-assault and -harassment; and one each for traffic court alias, probation violation, resisting arrest and harassing communications.
Felony arrests
The following felony arrests were released:
• Charles Waldron, 33, Hamilton, was arrested on Sept. 30 for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and was released from the county jail on Oct. 1 on a bond of $3,000.
• William Franks, 53, Guin, was arrested on Sept. 26 for domestic violence-strangulation and was released the same day on a bond of $5,000.
• Angela Roberts, 40, Sulligent, was arrested on Sept. 27 for third-degree escape and remains in the county jail on a bond of $2,500.
• Jacob Sassen, 28, Detroit, was arrested on Sept. 29 for fourth-degree theft of property and third-degree forgery and remains in the county jail on a bond of $4,000.
• Brian Alexander, 37, Winfield, was arrested on Sept. 30 for third-degree escape and was released the next day, Sept. 31, on a bond of $2,500.
• Misty Henley, 37, Sulligent, was arrested on Oct. 2 for breaking and entering a vehicle and third-degree theft of property and was released from the county jail the next day, Oct. 3, on a bond of $30,000.
• Brandon Posey, 34, Hamilton, was arrested on Oct. 2 for violating the Sex Offender Registration Notification Act and remains in the coutny jail on a bond of $5,000.
