Notice is hereby given that, to cover past due rent and other fees, on March 19, 2026 at 8:30a.m. at Spartan Storage Solutions, LLC located at 125 Williams Street, Bear Creek, Alabama, Spartan Storage Solutions, LLC will sell at public sale for cash on an AS IS basis and by competitive bidding, the property heretofore stored by Robin Vandiver, Space No. 3, which property includes the following: Household Goods, Furniture, Boxes, Toys and Sporting Goods. All bids are subject to rejection. Items won must be removed by 3:00 p.m. of the day of the sale. The customer has the right to pay all fees owed to Spartan Storage Solutions, LLC up until the time of the sale.
