HAMILTON — The 13th Annual Pine Hills & Oak Hollars Child Classic was held Jan. 4-7, with several youth able to experience the joy of hunting, along with other meaningful activities and events.
“This makes 13 years, 26 kids and 33 smiles,” said Jeff Carter, originator and president of the classic. “We’ve had 26 kids, but several have had an opportunity to come back. So that’s 33 smiles we’ve been able to be a part of.
“We had four kids last year, and we were going to do four again this year, but the good Lord seen fit for us to have five.”
