Cantrell, unmarr, in favor of Green Tree Servicing LLC, said Mortgage being recorded August 8, 2014, in Book 2014, Page 2992, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Marion County, Alabama; having later been assigned to The Bank of New York Mellon as Indenture Trustee for WIMC Capital Trust 2011-1 by instrument recorded in Book 2021, Page 7953, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Marion County, Alabama.
