Christy Leigh Pugh, 47, of Hackleburg, passed away on Friday, Nov. 1, 2024, at her residence. She was born in Amory, Miss., on March 4, 1977, to Danny Dozier and Kathy Davis Cantrell.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, Brent Pugh; daughter, Brittni (Vince) Cantrell; sisters, Tara (B.J.) Damron and Chasity (Ethan) Woods; stepchildren, Mason (Sheyenne) Pugh, Nikki (Dylan) Gosa and Tyler (Megan) Pugh; stepfather, Russell Cantrell; mother-in-law, Dianne Pugh; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She is preceded in death by her father, Danny Dozier; mother, Katherine Cantrell; grandma, Erma Davis; grandfather, Maylon Davis; sister, Mandy Dozier; and father-in-law, Kenneth Pugh.
Funeral services were held on Nov. 5, 2024, at Marion County Funeral with Bro. Zach Isom officiating. Interment was at Union Hill Cemetery.
